kellyplanet STT Update 23.10.09

Hi everybody, I'm doing my best to keep up with all the STT stuff. October is a very busy time for me, including carving dozens of pumpkins. I'm going for a record this year, so that means at least 64 before the end of the month.

I received an email from Captain Kumar about adding Stargazer Picard, Emergency Holoprogram Mk.1, and Commanding Officer Sisko to the Special Crew page. I should have already done this, of course, but I hadn't thought of those Crew in years. They are on that page now.

This brought upon an added bonus. I keep track of which Crew are not in the Portal, and I've been missing five that I just couldn't think of (from waaay back, I assume). Turns out the three aforementioned Crew aren't in the Portal, so now I'm only missing two.
