I updated Ruon Tarka's new stats in time for the Pruned Event, and it is almost infuriating that was even necessary.
They bumped his Command Skill up 3 points (THREE!) with no improvement in proficiency.
Engineering Skill got a ONE POINT boost including proficiency (place eye roll emoji here).
The Science Skill didn't even move.
What the heck was even the point of bothering to do that.
