Mariner re-programs Boimler`s realistic Cerritos holodeck simulation to resemble a feature film in which the Lower Decks crew stars as the antagonists. Except Boimler, who plays himself.

The movie takes the place of therapy with Dr. Migleemo, as the Lower Deckers get to see who they really are. Boimler discovers Mariner`s relationship with Captain Freeman.
