There’s a new Science officer of DS9 (for just this one episode) and she Elaysian… a species of humanoid that developed in a comparatively low-gravity environment… yeah ok….sure.
Nothing really goes on here, except her relationship with Bashir… that is never mentioned again. The wire-work for the low-gravity is pretty good for its time and someone wants to kill Quark… because, at this point, he is still a rather nefarious character. Daphne Ashbrook will show up in the Dr. Who franchise… but that’s about it… sorry. Maybe I should have gone 2 deltas… but it is what it is.
