Deep Space Nine THE ABANDONED 3×06
Quark buys a bulk lot of salvage from the Gamma Quadrant, but instead of lucrative treasures – he gets… a baby. We also get to meet Jake’s Dabo-girlfriend Mardah.
This one is all about father-son relationships… and driven by racial issues according to director Avery Brooks. Commander Sisko is not about to allow his son to date a Dabo Girl, and Odo tries to make up for what his people have done to the Jem’Hadar. Bumper Robinson gives us a great performance as Young Angry Guy, but I think this is a little boring.
