kellyplanet STT PORTAL Update

Since I didn't have enough to do today, WRG/TP has released over 100 Crew into the Portal and I have updated the database to reflect as such.

Pretty much all Crew published between June 2022 and January 2023 (from Hollow Data to Wedding Groom O'Brien as far as I can tell) are now available for retrieval. This is, of course, with the exception of Crew they want you to acquire otherwise, such as in The Gauntlet, Voyages, Boss Battles, etc.

These 100+ Crew include the bulk of available characters from Picard, Lower Decks, and Strange New Worlds - which is nice.

At this point, my tracking system is off by 5 - yeah there are 5 old-school Crew from years ago that are not in the Portal that I just can't figure out.

The increased Portal pool is very helpful for those of use trying to complete Collections. It gets awfully frustrating trying to use the retrieval system and the Crew just aren't there. I'm looking at you, Tendi and The Dog (they're in there now).
