kellyplanet STT Upgrades 22.10.12

The new Alluring Pheromones (Orion) Collection has been added to the STT System and currently includes 10 Crew. Most of these are Legendary, so this will be tough to complete. Four of these Crew were not previously associated with a Collection, and brings the total to 94% of all Crew.

The U.S.S. Vancouver has been added, so all current ships are in the database. The new Sikarian Vessel will be available to players with tomorrow's Event. I'll try to add that here as soon as the Event is over.

There haven't been any drastic upgrades as I have been increasingly working on Halloween stuff since August. Thank you for your patience.
