No B Story here, it`s all about the doc and his struggle to survive. We get some really great Old Age makeup from Michael Westmore (who won an Emmy for it) plus some equally awesome prosthetics for Altovar. Many of the main cast don`t really appear here, as will happen in the next episode which takes place in the Mirror Universe.
