The Captain has been working too hard. Beverly, Troi, and Riker send him on vacation to Risa where things are anything but relaxing.
This is the first of three appearances by Jennifer Hetrick as Vash. We also get to see Max Grodenchick for the first time. He`s a Ferengi, but not yet Nog.
