Captain Picard and company arrive at Turkana IV and if that sounds familiar... that`s where Tasha Yar came from.
We get to meet Tasha`s sister, Ishara Yar, and she befriends Data. The crew have to mount a rescue mission to save the survivors of the Arcos and this is all a social commentary about gang violence.
