Data has created another Soong-type android and this opens up all kinds of stuff. Gender? Appearance? Starfleet? An Admiral gets involved.
Many consider this an excellent episode of `Trek. It is. Although I don`t enjoy it, because holy crap is it emotional. This is the directorial debut of Jonathan Frakes.
