Major Kira and Doctor Bashir answer a distress call from a ship with a mysterious passenger, who also happens to be a prisoner.
As far as anyone can tell, the prisoner Vantika is dead, but we have some Charles Lee Ray mojo going on here. We’ll see the lady who plays Ty Kajada again on TNG’s “Gambit” and we get one of the strangest vocal performance choices in all of Star Trek.
