kellyplanet STT Updates 24.02.20

Hi everybody,

I caught up on some updates in the game from last week. The avatar for the At The Helm Campaign is now on here. This made me realize I forgot to add the one from Strange New Life, so that's now on here too. 

You may have noticed that they added Ubiquitous Borg Queen as a reward exclusive to the Contiuum Missions. I'm generally not a fan of those, but since this is the only way to get her, I'm grinding. She is ranked in the top 4 (#3, #3, #4) of the Command Skill across the board, as well as #2 overall in Voyages, so she's worth having. 

I bothered to fill out both surveys from Tilting Point. The one to decide Mega Event content later in the year, and the player feedback form. Let's see if my opinion is similar to other players.
