Hey Everybody,
Sometimes I just don't understand the PORTAL. Here's the ground rules: The PORTAL gets updated once a year (March, I think) and adds Crew released since August of the previous year. It's about 120 Crew or so. Special Crew like Voyage, Gauntlet, or Collection rewards (etc) are not included and are to never be in the PORTAL. OK, I GOT THAT.
So I'm going through my NOT MY CREW lists because I figure I'll grab some Super Rare Crew that I don't have (only 13) until the next Portal Update. 10 of those I can't get with Crew Retrieval because they are too new. But there's three... Leosa, Pick-up Game Mayweather, and Riaan. They SHOULD be in the PORTAL (and I had them flagged as such - incorrectly), but alas, they are not. Why? I have no idea. Each was released as part of a regular pack... nothing special. Since these are all Super Rare Crew, they wouldn't be included as a Reward anyway.
There are supposedly 1748 Crew in the PORTAL, but I only count 1746 (after I removed those three).
So, I don't know. I have marked all three as NOT in the PORTAL for now and will keep an eye out.

Trying to make sense of this led me to Short Fuse Torres, and I didn't have a release date for her. Then I found out I didn't have release dates for Insider Ro, Adam, and Grateful Lwaxana Troi. So I fixed that.
Ms. Torres also led me to find out that I had the following marked as NOT in the PORTAL (incorrectly): Stranded Tuvok, Gannet Brooks, Reginod, John Doe, Ultimate Test Q, Krax, Dr. Elizabeth Lense, and First Officer Raffi. Each one of those was released August of 2025 - don't know how I missed that...or if the GAME changed stuff after I did the Portal Update in March.
Fixed THAT. Problem is, now I have 1755 Crew in the PORTAL, which is seven too many. According to the GAME. No Crew released since December '25 should be in the PORTAL... argh, I'm doing my best. Guess I'll have to wait until March.
I am a glutton for punishment
First of all, I found a whole bunch of Crew that I messed up the release dates for (typing too fast, or too much whiskey, whatever)... fixed that.
I had Insubordinate Mariner, Phased Boimler, and Kevin Mulkahey marked as NOT IN PORTAL - which is incorrect - fixed that.
Then I had a bunch of Crew IN THE PORTAL - that are NOT (don't ask me why, they are from regular Events and Portal Packs): Nilz Baris, Kareel Odan, Space Stranded Torres, Giant Spock, Father Doctor, Quinn, Bridge Troi, and Ensign Sonya Gomez. FIXED THAT.
I checked all Crew since December '25, and I don't have any of them incorrectly IN THE PORTAL. With nearly 2000 Crew to deal with, I feel I have remarkable auditing skills lol.
As of NOW... my system has 1750 Crew IN THE PORTAL...the GAME says 1748... only two off. NOT TOO SHABBY. I don't understand these crazy PORTAL rules.
