Hey, they work! (The new ELUSIVE COLLECTOR'S Packs) I pulled Super-Rare Cathiw, and she only came out in May.
AAAND guess who's in the Portal now? (like they SHOULD have been?) Yep, Pick-Up Game Mayweather, Leosa, and Riaan.
But that's not all folks: (from section three of last week's post) Nilz Baris, Kareel Odan, Space Stranded Torres, Giant Spock, Father Doctor, Bridge Troi, and Ensign Sonya Gomez are now also magically in the Portal like they should have been. Quinn still is not (and will never be), because I forgot he was a Mission Reward (it was 2019, forgive me - my bad).
Hold on... holy crap... they must have done an ENTIRE PORTAL UPDATE! (I checked my records, they usually do that in February, not March as I said in my last post)
So now all Crew released between December 25th, 2025 - February 25th, 2026 are in the Portal (~40 Crew).
Except those that will never be: Ralkana Janeway, Prisoner Picard, Marooned Gorn, Imp Guinan, Impish Riker, Determined Worf, and Critical Strike Picard.
Now my numbers are only OFF BY ONE - the Game says 1793 in the Portal and I have 1794 - even less shabby than last week.
This could totally be a coincidence, but something tells me the Dev's keep tabs on the stuff I write here as I just mentioned these Portal abnormalities last week.
Let's see if we still get a Portal Update in February. I'm thinking yes, and it seems they want to make more Crew available in the Portal more than once a year. Hence the new ELUSIVE COLLECTOR'S Packs. Pessimistic me might say that this is a harbinger of the Game ending (which may be true, I don't know), but it HAS BEEN 10 YEARS. Maybe they just want us 'Collectors' to not have to wait a whole year to fill out our rosters. I'm down with that.
Yeah, another addition - I could have just made a new post
You may have noticed that I have been able to be super nit-picky with this STT system as of late. That's is because I am migrating my old archives (1998-on) to modern 5TB drives (memory is expensive these days). This is A LOT of data. Despite my modestly impressive processing power, this still takes a lot of time - and is super boring. So in-between transfers, I have been going through this STT database and fixing my mistakes. I'm at year 2021 by now... not including my 200,000+ music library and nearly 300 Star Trek YouTube video projects. Plus whatever I have not remembered yet. There is a stack of old HDD's next to my desk. Hoping to be done by the end of the week. Anyway, I'll keep up with making sure this STT resource is as accurate as one guy in NorthCentral PA can make it.
